E1: 43: Receipt Routing Movement (P43250) to Stock Sets Lot Status Code Field to "E" (Expired) in Item Ledger (P4111) OV Record (Doc ID 2910002.1)

Symptoms

After moving an Item from Inspection to Stock with Receipt Routing Movement (P43250) in November 2022 on a Lot that does not expire until November 2023, the Item Ledger (P4111) shows an “E” (Expired) in the Lot Status Code field (F4111.LOTS) for PO Receipt record.

Steps to Duplicate:

  1. Review the Item Ledger (P4111) for a specific PO Receipt (OV) record in the Item Ledger (P4111).
    1. The Lot Status Code field (F4111.LOTS) contains an “E” (Expired)
  2. Check the Lot Master Inquiry (P4108) for the lot.
    1. The Expiration Date for this lot is in November 2023 and has not yet arrived.
    2. If the Lot does not expire until November 2023, the PO Receipt (OV) record in the Item Ledger (P4111) should NOT show an “E” (Expired) in the Lot Status Code field.
