E1: RDA: Data In Level Break Footer Group Section Not Aligned In Single Row When Report Run With Output To CSV (Doc ID 2910215.1)

Symptoms

Report is designed in RDA with Export to CSV as  follows:
• Driver Columnar section
   Properties > Advanced > Visible (un-checked) i.e. section is invisible and is not output in PDF

• Level Break Footer Group Section
   Properties > Advanced > Visible (checked) i.e. section is visible and is output in PDF.
   Report variables are aligned in single row at the top of the section layout following steps for Alignment described in "Group Section" in document E1: RDA: Formatting a Report to Export to CSV (Doc ID 626452.1).

When report is run, data is output in separate rows in CSV file.
