E1 :75A: Employee Count Incorrect in P75A700 ( AU STP Workbench ) and does not Match With Employees Processed

Symptoms
When an employee with Leave without Pay(LWOP),although this particular employee is not reported along with other employees in STP, the employee count is wrongly updated in P75A700(AU STP Workbench).
Steps:
1.Create a new PDBA code in P059116 for Loss without Pay(LWOP)
2.Create a new employee for LWOP using P0801.
3.Create two timecards for two employees. One for Existing one and one for new one with LWOP
4.Run Prepayroll for two employees(one newly created employee with the time card attached with LWOP and another existing one )
5.Launch P75A700 and submit for STP processing
6.Review No of employees Paid count. It is shown as 2.
7.Review the employee details. Only one employee is shown.
