Symptoms

During normal operation of a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 installed on Oracle Autonomous Database with Oracle Database Transparent Application Continuity (TAC) enabled, some kernels crash and become zombie. 

Any one of the following two call stack pattern is found in the dump logs created in the enterprise server /log folder
