E1: OMW: "Remove Object" Option in Object Management Workbench - Web (P98220W) Creates Orphan User Defined Object (UDO) Records (Doc ID 2911950.1)

Symptoms

When using the "Remove Object" button in P98220W (Object Management Workbench - Web) to remove a newly created UDO from the default project, it removes the corresponding F9861W (Web Object Librarian Detail) record leaving the UDO as an orphan. Ideally, all UDOs should have F9860W (Web Object Master Table) and F9861W records. This leads to various runtime issues as documented in: E1: E1page: Composite Page Not Saving Properly or Not Visible or Not Working Properly just for Specific User (Doc ID 2317008.1).

Steps to replicate:

  1. Login to web client and go to Manage Content->Composed Pages
  2. Create a new Designer Pane page
  3. Add any application to a tile, like P01012 and save the new page
  4. Open Databrowser and open tables F952410 (Composite Page) and F9861W
  5. Find the records in each table for the new Composed Page, the record exists in both tables
  6. Open P98220W
  7. Locate the new page in the default project, select the record and click the button "Remove Object"
  8. Back in Databrowser, click find on both tables.  The record in F9861W is gone, but the record in F952410 is still there.  It has been orphaned.
