Symptoms

Doing a traditional upgrade from 8.12 (32bit only) to 9.2 64-bit.
Performed clean install, based on GA CDs and upgraded to 9.2.5.5 or higher 64bit TR.
Now bringing in custom 8.12 objects with spec merge.
Custom objects with physical files (tables and BSFNs) are failing with "COPY FAILED" error in R98700 Spec Merge

1. Run Spec merge report for custom objects
2. Check the report
