E1: 49: P4960 - Record Reservation Error When User Access The Sales Detail from P4915 Row Exit (Doc ID 2916942.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access Sales Order Details from P4915 after drill into shipment details form Work With Load (P4960) application, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Reserved by User ID XXXXX which where user ID is the one who inquired the load via P4960

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run P4960 application
  2. Inquire into a load number
  3. Select the line and click green check mark to go to Shipment header
  4. From Shipment Detail go to Row Exit to Shipment details
  5. P4915 - Select the line and go to Row exit to Order details i.e. P4210
  6. See error - Reserved by User ID XXXXX where XXXXX is the same who started the process via P4960
