E1: 17: Data Pointer Are Not Removed in BSFN CacheProcessSCEDtlCache - B1700550 When Using Contract Revisions - P1721 to Edit 'Customer PO Number' (Alias: VR01) Field in Service Contract Detail Line (Doc ID 2917062.1)

Symptoms

When editing the Customer Po Number field (Alias: VR01) in the service contract detail line, the data pointers are not removed in BSFN CacheProcessSCEDtlCache - B1700550. All transactions are saved correctly, and users do not encounter any errors on the screen.
However, the jdedebug log shows an open cursor, which needs to be closed properly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. P1720 - Find an existing service contract
  2. P1721 - Access and select any valid contract detail line in revision mode and modify the 'Customer PO Number' value. Add e.g. Test001 for Line No 1.000
  3. P1721 - Tab down to the next available contract detail line
  4. P1721 - Re-select the previous contract detail line and change the 'Customer PO Number' value from Test001 to e.g. Test0012345
  5. While having the logs activated, notice that jdedebug.log shows that the data pointer stored in CacheProcessSCEDtlCache (BSFN B1700550) is not removed:
