E1: OMW: TC: Unable To Copy Any Table Conversions in OMW, OMW is Frozen and then Crashes (SQL DB)

Symptoms
When copying Table Conversion using OMW, the client is stuck, OMW is frozen and crashed after a short time.
It was noticed that the process also creates a database lock.The records seems to be inserted in the F9860 Object Librarian table and F98761US Central Objects but the application is stuck and the process doesn't complete.
Creating new TC does not have any issue.
This issue is specific to SQL database.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open FAT Client
2. Open OMW
3. Add a Table Conversion report (say R890039 or any other TC) to your project
4. Select the TC and Click on Copy option (P9861A | W9861AC will open)
5. Give a desired name and click on OK
6. Screen freezes and crashes
