Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When Pick Confirming (P4617) a 2-phase suggestion with a quantity that is less than the quantity on a License Plate (F46L10), the items are being removed from the License Plate after phase 1 confirmation. If the full quantity on the License Plate is processed on a 2-phase pick, the quantity is not removed until the 2nd phase is confirmed from the staging location.

STEPS
-----------------------

   1. Setup a new dual unit of measure item in a warehouse with License Plate turned on and the item is setup for 2-phase picking.
   2. Create a full license plate for the item based on the item's unit of measure conversion (Ex: 40 CA = 1 PL) using Inventory Adjustments (P4114).
   3. Create a sales order and pick request for 30 CA using the P4210 with the processing option turned on to generate the pick request.
   4. Run the R46171 to generate suggestions (F4611) for the pick.
   5. Go into the P4617 and query on the order for phase 1. Confirm the phase 1 suggestion.
   6. Review the License Plate in the P46L10. The quantity has been reduced by the quantity on the suggestion.
