E1: GRID: Not Able to Create New Grid Format to a Form getting "NULL" on Grid Manager When Trying to Save (Doc ID 2922121.1)

Symptoms

Having an issue with a specific application when trying to add a new grid format. This is happening to all users and it seems to work until you select to save the new grid format. At that time the "NULL" error appears on the Grid Manager window.

Steps to Duplicate:

  1. Sign on to E1.
  2. Fast path to application (in this case P1310).
  3. Click on the icon on the grid to open Grid Manager.
  4. Make the desire changes for the New Grid Format.
  5. Click on Save.
  6. Enter the name for the New Grid Format.
  7. The NULL error appears as below.
