E1: 13: P12120 Meter Readings Returns Unexpected Unit Numbers To The Grid (Doc ID 2922713.1)

Symptoms

On the P12120 (Meter Readings) application using filter fields to return data to the grid, input a value into the Major Accounting Class (alias ACL1), and also input a valid unit number, press find, and there unexpected unit numbers returned to the grid that are not part of the Accounting Class filter.

Steps to Duplicate: 
1.  On the Equipment Constants (P001012) set the Unit Number field to blank (Primary). Clear caches for change to be recognized.
2.  Enter P12120 (Meter Applications) on menu G1311
3.  On the General tab, the date is today's date.  On the Codes tab, input 20 into the Major Accounting Class (alias ACL1) field.  No other filter information is added.  
4.  The grid loads with six Unit Numbers (for the six that have the ACL1 = 20 on those P1702 unit records.
5.  Change another higher number unit in the system so that this unit also has the ACL1 = 20 as well.
6.  On P12120, press Find again, and this unit now shows up as the 7th unit in the grid.
7.  On step 3, not add a unit number to the filter criteria, and press Find.
8.  Other records load that are not part of the ACL1 = 20 criteria.
