Symptoms

After adding the Reason Code field (RCD) to the grid in Production History (P31227) using a form extension, if a value is entered in the Reason Code field upon reporting parent scrap in Work Order Time Entry (P311221), this value will not display in Production History P31227.

Steps:
1. In Production History (P31227), add the Reason Code field to the grid using Form Extension.
2. Create a Work Order (P48013).
3. Attach the Parts List and Routing (R31410).
4. In Super Backflush, enter a Quantity Completed and Quantity Scrapped.
5. When the system calls Work Order Time Entry (P311221), the system will display a Quantity Scrap record (Type Hours = 5). Enter a value in the Reason Code field.
6. After completing the Work Order, inquire on it in Production History (P31227). Notice that the Reason Code is blank.
