Symptoms
Orchestration making use of P4210 form request to create orders from a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file was working fine till the tools release was updated to 9.2.5.4 or above. In the new tools release, the same orchestration was processing only one record from the CSV file and then throwing the below errors, both in studio as well as in the corresponding AIS debug log:
