When testing P98ORCH regardless of the outcome of the test the Error Flag is always zero

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Fast path to P98ORCH

2. Enter an ORCH and do not pass any input string and test

3. The output string will show the exception error as the ORCH was not successful

4. Error flag is always zero
