E1: CAF1: CafeOne Layout is Not Visible in the Layout Dropdown list for Some Users (Doc ID 2924723.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading tools release and migrating User Defined Objects like CafeOne Layouts to the new tools release, some users are not able to view a CafeOne layout CAF4310G_0000004412PDCO (Short Name: Transaction Originator) on P4310 application.

When the user run the application P4310 on the web client, the CafeOne layout is not visible in the Layout dropdown list box.


CafeOne Layout design:
Parent Form : P4310 | W4310G - Purchase Order Inquiry - Work With Order Details (Find Browse form)
Child Form : P560092 | W560092B - View Complete Name From User ID (Find Browse form)
Mapping Link: User ID is mapped to TORG(Transaction Originator)  


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User Sign on to JPD910 on the web client
2. Launch application P4310 | W4310G
3. Unable to see CafeOne layout content and there is no CafeOne layout in the Layout dropdown list.
