Symptoms

When restarting the E1 services on a AS400 server as part of maintenance window, the service are not started successfully and the port test fails with error 

The above messages shows that two different IP addresses are being used to communicate

Steps

  1. Login with ONEWORLD user
  2. From EnterpriseOne Menu start the services
  3. Check the kernel jde.log
