E1: CFR11 Electronic Signature Approval Screen Displays Multiple Times With Warning "Item Is Not Returnable". (Doc ID 2925003.1)

Symptoms

When inputting E-signature and clicking ok/apply.. the client gets a pop-up warning Warning "Item Is Not Returnable", and the screen refreshes back to original screen prior to E-signature being entered.

Client then re-inputs E-signature data again, and screen progresses as if it accepted the E-signature.

After this when the client goes to the "View audit and Signature" form, the client finds that the signature has been entered twice.

Impact: Duplicate E-signatures are being saved.
