The Print Summary W-3, R07888, is missing the summary totals for DBAs (deductions, benefits, accruals) included in boxes 10, 12, and 14 on the W-2.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. From the year end workbench, P07810, set up a year-end id and assign DBAs to Special Handling, P07815, for reporting in boxes 10, 12 & 14 of the W-2.
2. From the workbench, P07810, submit the year end id.
3. Review the W-2s through Row exit, EE Form Inquires, P078302, to confirm boxes 10, 12 & 14 are populated.
4. From the workbench, use Row exit to Set up Reports, P07823.  Include set up for the Print Summary W-3, R07888.
5. Submit Reports for the year end id.
6. Review the R07888, W-3 report and note the Summary totals for boxes 10, 12 and 14 from the W-2s are not included.
