Symptoms

When a Barrel has a prior Lot and is then emptied, it will generate the error “Cannot Delete Barrel”  when trying to delete the barrel from the VBT when has been used a second time.
It is common practice to have Barrels Filled and Emptied and re-used multiple times.  So, anytime a Barrel is filled and Emptied, then used a second time, and on a VBT,  It will generate a hard 921WIM error and not allow the user to remove the Barrel.

Steps:

  1. Create a T2B operation (P31B94/P31B66 - Operation - VBT Move Details)
  2. Enter any Tank in From Vessel
  3. Generate VBT into Vessel side
  4. Click on Calculate Move
  5. Click on Edit VBT Details
  6. Add one or  more barrels into the Grid by clicking "Add Barrel" button
Make sure that one of the Barrels added was used before (Filled and Emptied)
  7. Click on "Delete" to Delete the Barrel(s)
  8. Notice that the Barrel that was used prior cannot be deleted and errors.  921WIM Error
