Symptoms
When a Barrel has a prior Lot and is then emptied, it will generate the error “Cannot Delete Barrel” when trying to delete the barrel from the VBT when has been used a second time.
It is common practice to have Barrels Filled and Emptied and re-used multiple times. So, anytime a Barrel is filled and Emptied, then used a second time, and on a VBT, It will generate a hard 921WIM error and not allow the user to remove the Barrel.
Steps:
- Create a T2B operation (P31B94/P31B66 - Operation - VBT Move Details)
- Enter any Tank in From Vessel
- Generate VBT into Vessel side
- Click on Calculate Move
- Click on Edit VBT Details
- Add one or more barrels into the Grid by clicking "Add Barrel" button
Make sure that one of the Barrels added was used before (Filled and Emptied) - Click on "Delete" to Delete the Barrel(s)
- Notice that the Barrel that was used prior cannot be deleted and errors. 921WIM Error
