Specific fields in the Colorado EFW2 (electronic filing for W-2) are should be 0 filled but are currently blank  The RA, Submitter Record, should have 0 fill in positions 274-295 and positions 357-378.  The RT, Total Record, should have 0 fill in positions 400-414. The RS, State Wage Record, should have the employee middle initial in positions 34-48.

Steps:

1. Run the year end workfile build id, P07810, for a Colorado employee.
2. Process the Federal EFW2, P07865, for the workfile build id.
3. Process the State EFW2, P07865/CO for the workfile build id.
4. In the export folder, review F078691CO for the Record Types and positions. The fields/positions contain blanks instead of being 0 filled.
