UBE Default Output Location is set up to store in Database in P98617 per document E1: UBE: How to Define Default Output Location to Store UBE Output in Database in Tools Release 9.2.1.0 or Later (Doc ID 2242044.1).

When UBE is submitted with Print Immediate to *JDE PDF printer, PDF is created in File System PrintQueue directory. If UBE is submitted without Print Immediate to *JDE PDF printer and the job is printed after, PDF is not created in PrintQueue directory, instead a PDL file is created in the location defined in Server JDE.INI setting (netTemporaryDir) to process the printing.

Steps:

1. Fastpath P98616.  Add/Identify printer with PDL *JDE PDF.
2. Fastpath BV. Find R0006P.
3. Submit version XJDE0005 to server.
4. In Printer selection go to Form > Change Printers, select printer with PDL *JDE PDF. Check box[Print Immediate] in TAB(Document Setup).
5. In WSJ note the Job # of the submitted UBE.
6. On the enterprise server go to the PrintQueue directory, there will be a file named R0006P_XJDE0005_Job#_PDF.pdf.
