Symptoms
When running the Process Putaway Requests (R46171), the following error is seen on the .pdf report for the random locations that are being attempted to be used to create the suggestion:

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Setup an item in a warehouse enabled branch.
2. Make sure the Putaway Instructions (P46095) to include fixed and random locations.
3. Add a purchase order for the item using the P4310.
4. Receive the order using the P4312 and create a putaway request.
5. Run the R46171 to create a suggestion. The error 0269 - Unit of Measure Conversion Unsuccessful is received on the pdf report for the random locations that were attempted to be suggested.
