Symptoms

With respect to the Java process for the Server Manager agent that manages WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4.0, after the Java process has been running for a few days, it consumes high CPU and memory resources.

Note:  The issue only exists when using WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4.0 with anonymous RMI disabled in WebLogic.

Changes

 The issue started after the July 2021 Critical Patch Update was applied to WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4.0.
