Symptoms

In P30200|W30200C (Bill of Material Inquiry - Single Level), if the user switches the grid format to a different one or switches from a selected grid format to 'Show All Columns', the grid records disappear and the grid becomes blank.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Login to the jas instance and access P30200 from fastpath
  2. Create a new grid record in P30200|W30200C form. Eg: GF Test
  3. Populate Parent Item (eg: 2001) and Branch Plant (eg: M30), click Find
  4. Grid is populated



  5. Change the grid format to "Show All Columns", grid records disappear
