E1: 49: Freight Update (R4981) Adding Freight Billable Charge Line Associated to First Order Line (1.010) Instead of Creating a New Line at the End of Sales Order (Doc ID 2930254.1)

Symptoms

When user runs freight update (R4981) program, it does not assign assign new line number to the Billable Freight line in sales order. Instead the Billable Freight has associated line 1.010 created just after line 1.000. It is expected to be a new line number added at the end of the sales order instead.

Steps:

1. P4210 - Create a transportation sales order with three lines
   
   1. Line 1.000 for item 210 with Qty 1
   2. Line 2.000 for item 220 with Qty 1
   3. Line 3.000 for item 230 with Qty 1
2. Process the transportation order, approve and confirm shipment
3. Run Freight Update (R4981) application
4. P4210 - See that in the sales order details a new line was inserted with number 1.010
