E1: CAF1: Default Grid Format is Not Displayed on Satellite Form (Doc ID 2931379.1)

Satellite/Child form does not display the default Grid Format in the CafeOne layout.

A default Grid Format "Remark" is defined on the satellite form - Who's Who (P0111|W0111A). This default grid format has the "Remark" column defined as the 1st grid column.

A CafeOne layout is created with the following Parent form and Child/Satellite form.

Parent form: Sales Order Detail Revisions - P4210|W4210A|ZJDE0001
Child form: Who's Who - P0111|W0111A  (Note: There is no version available)

When creating this CafeOne layout, noticed that there is no version available on the Satellite/Child form application.

The expected behavior is to have the default Grid Format to be displayed in the Satellite form so that users can see the "Remark" grid column as the 1st grid column.

Steps to duplicate
 
1. Add a custom grid format on the Who's Who form.

    - Enter P01012 in fastpath
    - Find an address book record and select Row Exit -> Who's Who
    - On Who's Who form, create a custom default grid format. Move the Remark column to the first column
    - Save the grid format

2. Create a CafeOne layout.

    - Parent form: P4210|W4210A|ZJDE0001
    - Child form: P0111|W0111A 
    - Mapping by grid column Ship To Address number

3. Run the P4210 application and on the Sales Order Detail Revisions form, found that the default Grid Format is not displayed on the Who's Who Child form.
