E1: E1Page: Date Updated Section for Charts on All UX One Pages Showing Incorrect Date, the Date is One Day Ahead (Doc ID 2932103.1)

Last updated on MAY 26, 2023

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

All UX One pages showing "Last Updated" date as one day ahead when local time is in the evening.

Example on Jan 4th, all UX One E1Page showing Jan 5th (future date/one day ahead), all other JDE transaction and job submission were fine.

But login again on Jan 5th morning, the Last updated date is correct.

It is found that the "Last updated" date is using UTC date but the last updated time is using local time.

You can only reproduce it if your time zone is still today but is the next day in London. So if you are in Denver, you have to wait until 6pm to see the issue.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Assign UX One page that display chart to a user
2. Login as the user when local time is a day behind London time
3. See the issue
