When multiple payroll companies are used and the payment date on the payrolls is the same date, then for 2nd payroll submitted the XML details reflects for company 1 instead of company 2

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup 2 payroll companies.
2. Run a payroll for company 1 for a date say 31 August 2022.
3. Generate the STP and xml for company 1.
4. Run the payroll for company 2 for  a date say 31 August 2022.
5. Generate the STP and xml for Company 2.
6. On the grid of AU STP Workbench (P75A700) will see two STP records for Company 1 dated 31 August 2022.
7. Check the XML generated for company 2 and it will incorrectly show as company 1 instead of company 2.
