Symptoms
On a new JDE One-Click 9.2.6.x on-premise installation with Oracle 19c as database, when attempting to log in to the JAS instance with the "useOracleDBConnectionPool=true" value set in the JDE jdbj.ini setting, the JDE web client fails to authenticate the end user. This issue occurs consistently when the "useOracleDBConnectionPool=true" value is set. However, the issue is not observed when the value is set to "false".
