Symptoms
The R078401PA_XJDE0002 output that the system produces is not matching the latest format specifications.
If you open the .csv file in excel, the Header Record lists Column A as TaxType and we show E for each line. The Tax Year should be Column D and we show the Tax ID
For the Detail Record, Employee Wages should be in Column O and we have Blank, Local EIT or LST Withheld should be in Column P and we show Blank, in the .csv the values are in Columns J & K.
Steps to Duplicate:
1. From BV submit R078401PA_XJDE0002 with the corresponding POs for the year and quarter to report.
2. Add data selection for the specific reporting company.
3. Open the .csv file and compare it to the attached specs file.
4. The records do not match the latest specs.
