Symptoms

When creating suggestions for License Plate item that is setup to use capacity method 2 (layer checking) in the P46011 (U/M Definition), the R46171 (Process Putaway Requests) is converting the available capacity to volume and suggests putting away more pallets than what is setup in the P46011 based on the stacking limit defined.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Setup a new item (P4101 and P41026) in a License Plate branch.
2. In the P46011, define the dimensions (in CM) as 110x110x60 (.73 M3) and set the capacity method to 2 (layer checking) with a stacking limit of 1. This is at the pallet UOM level.
3. Setup putaway locations with the dimensions of 270x121x128 (4.18 M3) using the P46020 and P4100.
4. Create a purchase order for five pallets using the P4310.
5. Receive the order using the P4312 and generate a putaway request.
6. Run the R46171 to create the suggestions. All five pallets are suggested to one location and does not prevent stacking on the License Plate.
