Symptoms
When a connector with File Upload(Multipart) to a third party site (Rest Api) is tested in Orchestrator Studio, if the connection includes proxy information, the following error appears on screen:
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create connection to the 3rd party site. Make sure you have a proxy in the proxy information for the connection.
2. Create connector based on connection. Make sure that you have Multipart (File upload) enabled.
3. Press Test Button in connector
4. Error appears
