Symptoms
Getting the following messages on screen and in the Change Assistant log when trying to download ESUs via Change Assistant:
Download requires AIS/REST connection
Electronic Software Updates as a Multi-platform package requires AIS/REST Connection
All Downloads must have the AIS/REST connection in order to continue
Please verify connection using menu Edit > Preferences > AIS (tab)
