E1: MOBJ: Entered Text and Editor Icons Not Visible in Classic Media Object Viewer When E1 is Accessed via Parameterized URL (Doc ID 2936522.1)

Symptoms

Media Object Viewer is blank (no text) and no editor icons are available when accessed attachment through Parameterized URL using Classic (not Enhanced) Media Object.

1. Media Object Viewer when not using parameterized URL (what is expected):

A. Accessing attachment via Row > Attachment:

2. Media Object Viewer when using parameterized URL (incorrect - - no text displayed and no editor icons):

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Confirm jas.ini includes useEnhancedMediaObjects=false in the [OWWEB] section.
2. Open application P01012|ZJDE0001 and attach a Text item to a record in the grid.
3. P01012 go to Tools > Collaborate > Parameterized URL. Copy PURL link.
4. Close out of E1 and access E1 using the Parameterized URL.
5. Click on the paper clip icon to open the text attachment. Media Object Viewer screen opens but the text is not displayed.
6. Select Row > Attachments. Media Object Viewer screen opens but neither the editor icons or the text are displayed.

Desired outcome: Media Object Viewer options to function the same whether accessing E1 via a parameterized URL or through normal methods.

Note: This specifically impacts programs such as P43081 (Approval Processing).

Changes

Confirmed/Duplicated in 9.2 Tools Releases 9.2.6.5, 9.2.7.1 and 9.2.7.2.
