E1: 42i: Error - Outbound Inventory Agreement Not Found or Unresolved Does Not Clear Immediately When an OIM Agreement is Selected and Populated in the Agreement Field in Sales Order Detail - P42101 (Doc ID 2937424.1)

Symptoms

When a OIM sales order is entered or updated and the agreement number is blank, Error - OIM Agreement is Not Found or Unresolved (42I64 & 42I107). Select the line and Go To >> Outbound Agreements to select an agreement. Click save and go back to the sales order. The agreement number is now populated in the Agreement field. However, the error does not clear. If tab on and off the line, the error finally clears. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter an OIM sales order with one line and blank agreement number value. (May also change values on an existing OIM order that does not have an agreement number populated.)
2. Receive error OIM Agreement is Not Found and/or Unresolved (Hard error 42i64 & Warning 42i107).
3. Select the line and Go To >> Outbound Agreement and choose an agreement.
4. Click save
5. Go back to the sales order and can see the agreement field is populated with the agreement name but the error still shows and is not cleared.
6. Tab off and back on the line, sometimes a couple times and the error will then clear/resolve.
