E1: ORCH: Form Extension Request To Publish Error With Shared Orchestration Associated (Doc ID 2937483.1)

Symptoms

A form extension was created and an orchestration associated with it.
The Orchestration is already shared.
When select to "Request to Publish" button an error message is received.

As a workaround, the form extension can be shared by going directly to P98220U, and from there sharing and approving the form extension in “Editing” status.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Open any application like P01012 and click on the Form Extension icon
2. Click on the Associate Orchestration link
3. Associate ORCH/NTF/LEX which are Shared objects
4. Save the Form Extension.
5. Click on Request to Publish - error message
