E1: MOBJ: "File Not Found" When Trying to Retrieve Existing File Attachments from AS/400 after Tools Release Upgrade (Doc ID 2938049.1)

Symptoms

Customer recently upgraded to Tools Release 9.2.5.6 and change Enterprise Server from AS/400 to Windows. All of their file attachments reside on AS/400 server.
New environment is not able to view existing file attachments getting error "File Not Found"
FTP set up tested and it is working outside of E1.

No error messages on FTP server logs.

STEPS TO DUPLICATE:

1- Sign on to E1

2- Fast path to P01012

3- Inquire on an Address Book Number with file attachments

4- Select Address Book Number and click on ROW/Attachments

5- Select to open a File Attachment and a pop up error appear with "File Not Found"

Changes

Switch Enterprise Server from AS/400 to Windows
