Symptoms
In case an Enterprise Server being part of a Virtual Batch Queue is stopped, no report definition output which was processed by the respective Enterprise Server can be accessed or viewed.
Steps to replicate:
1. Set up Virtual Batch Queues feature;
2. Submit one UBE having Report Definition attached;
3. After UBE finishes, check that the output can be fetched from Work with Submitted jobs and see that output is shown;
4. Stop the Enterprise Server which processed the Report Definition output;
5. Try to re-fetch the output and an error is shown as noted below:
