E1: 07: Group DBA P059101 is Not Taking Precedence Over DBA P059116 for Calculate for All Employees with Pay Class Salary (Doc ID 2938340.1)

Symptoms

A Group DBA level setup assigned to hourly employees is not taking precedence over the DBA setup of Calculate for All Employees for Pay Class S (salaried). The DBA is not calculated for the assigned hourly employees.

Steps:
1. P059116 set up a deduction for a flat amount, enter a rate, in Advanced check Calculate for All Employees, and in the following section sets Pay Class to S (Salaried).
2. P059101 Group DBA Setup for a Union Code, no MCU or job, enter same DBA entered for step 1, enter an amount.
3. P0801 for hourly employee assign select Organization and assign Union Code to the employee.
4. P07210I create an Interim for the hourly employee, Calculate button, review DBA Detail, and note that DBA is not included.
5. P07210I, create an Interim for the salaried employee (who is not assigned to Union), Calculate button, review DBA Detail, and note that DBA is included.
