E1: 34: Past Due OT Order Messages Shown in F3411 Table and In P4021 Supply Demand Inquiry Not Visible in P3411 MRP Messages (Doc ID 2939059.1)

Symptoms

There are past due OT Order messages displayed in F3411 MRP Messages table and in supply & demand inquiry program (P4021) but MRP Messages (P3411) program doesn't display those order messages.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. P4310 - Create past due OT order message in demand branch plant
  2. R3483 - Setup MRP to process and plan in supply branch plant
  3. R3483 - Setup data selection to include only the supply branch plant
  4. P3411 - Review MRP messages and observe there are no OT messages in supply branch plant
