E1: 43: Receipt Routing Movement (P43250) Changes Lot Status Code in Lot Master (F4108) (Doc ID 2940162.1)

Symptoms

Receipt Routing Movement (P43250) Incorrectly Changes Lot Status Code in Lot Master (F4108).

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Item Availability Inquiry (P41202) shows Item Location (F41021) B is on hold with a Lot Status Code H for Lot Number L1
  2. Lot Hold Code is blank in Lot Master (P4108) for Lot Number L1
  3. Receive the Order using PO Receipts (P4312) Multiple Locations screen.
    1. Enter quantity in Location QC for Lot Number L1 which is also on hold with Lot Status Code H
  4. Lot Number L1 is not in hold in Lot Master (P4108) even though it was received into a hold location QC
  5. Now Move the Quantity to STK using Receipt Routing Movement (P43250)
    1. Use the Multiple Locations screen to Move the Quantity into Hold Location B
  6. Lot Master (P4108) shows Lot Status Code for Lot Number L1  was changed from Blank to H
    1. The client expects only the Item Location (F41021) B to be on hold not the Lot Master (P4108) for Lot Number L1.
