E1: 37: Copy Test Results Functionality (P3711W and P3711) Allows the User to Circumvent Mandatory Tests at Work Order Completion (P31114) (Doc ID 2940475.1)

When multiple mandatory tests are used in a Quality Preference Revisions and Manufacturing Completions is active in Display Criteria, if the system is set to call the Test Results Search and Select (P3711W), a user will be able to Copy Test Results but avoid capturing some of the mandatory tests.

Steps
1. In the Branch/Plant Constants (P41001), make sure Test Results Control is active.
2. In Test Revisions (P3701), create three Mandatory Test records.
3. In Quality Preference Revisions (P40318), link the three tests to a manufactured item.
4. Take the row exit for each test in Quality Preference Revisions to Display Criteria. For each record, make sure that Manufacturing Completions is selected. For two of the records, also select Manufacturing Operations.
5. Create a Work Order (P48013) for the manufactured item and attach the Routing (P3112) and Parts List (P3111).
6. Create Hours and Quantity entries (P311221) for the routing steps linked to Display Criteria Routing Operations.
7. After the Hours & Quantities records are created, take the row exit to Test Results (P3711) for only one of the operations.
8. In Test Results Revisions (P3711), enter a passing result and save.
9. Enter a full completion for the Work Order (P31114) to a lot. Notice that ‘Enter Test Results after Completion’ is automatically selected and cannot be disabled.
10. Click Save and Close; the system will call the Test Results Search and Select (P3711W).
11. Filter on the Order Number where only one test result was recorded in Hours and Quantities. Click on the OK button.
12. The system will display the one test result that was recorded. Click on OK in Test Results Revisions.
13. The system returns to Work Order Completion (P31114).
14. Click Save and Close. Notice that the system completes inventory into stock without having captured the other mandatory tests.
15. Test the issue again, however when the system calls Test Results Search and Select from Work Order Completions, click on the cancel button.
16. Notice that the system calls Test Results Revisions (P3711) and forces the user to enter test results for all mandatory tests.
 
Cancelling in P3711 will return the user to P31114, however the system will display hard error 019QM : Quality Test Results Required.
