Symptoms
After creating custom Key and Additional Data Structures (DSTRs) in OMWWeb application (P98220W) and creating a custom workflow with the newly created key and additional DSTRs in Orchestrator Studio, when trying to validate the workflow by selecting "Validate" from Manage dropdown in Orchestrator Studio, following validation error is displayed:
Steps to duplicate:
- On the web client, enter P98220W in fastpath.
- Select a project at 21 status, then click the Add button on the toolbar.
- Select OL Data Structure from the General Object dropdown.
- Enter the Key Data structure object information and click OK.
- Select the Key Data Structure from the Project Objects window, then select Design from the More Row Actions dropdown.
- Add the structure members and click OK to save the DSTR design.
- Repeat steps 2 to 6 to create the Additional Data Structure.
- Check in both DSTRs by selecting Checkin/Approve/Share from the More Row Action dropdown.
- Sign on to Orchestrator Studio, then click on the Workflow button.
- Create a new workflow and enter the workflow name. Add the Key data structure and the Additional data structure. Create the tasks in the workflow.
- Save the workflow design.
- From the Manage dropdown, select Validate.
- See the above validation error.
