E1: UBE: Error "Record Invalid" When Set Up Job Queue for Report/UBE Version Per Steps in Doc ID 644305.1 (Doc ID 2940957.1)

Symptoms

Job Queue is set up following steps in document E1: UBE: How to Setup a New UBE Job Queue in EnterpriseOne 8.9 and Later (Doc ID 661325.1).

Following steps to set up a job queue for report version per document E1: RDA: How to Specify a Job Queue for a Report Version (Doc ID 644305.1).

In Version Detail screen error "Record Invalid" is displayed after updating the Job Queue field with a valid job queue in P986130 Work With Job Queues.

Clicking on Visual Assist displays no entries in Job Queue Search screen with Host Name LOCAL.

In addition submit ube version display final screen [Report Output Destination] instead of screen [Printer Selection], which confirms UBE is set up to run Local on fat client.
