Symptoms

After deploying a full server package to the Enterprise Server the CCUSTOM.dll and CCUSTOM.map files are missing on the Enterprise Server.  This is causing custom Business Functions (BSFN) to fail for the users in the environment.

From the CCUSTOM.log file, a LNK1104 error is seen as below:
