Symptoms

When setting up Delivery Date (09) and Order Prep Day (16) preferences using a Customer Group for a Ship To address using a Priority Code the preference will not apply unless the same priority code is set in the Customer Master for the Sold To address.

Replication Steps:

1) P40070. Setup Delivery Date (09) and Order Prep Day (16) preferences using a Customer Group for a Ship To address. Set the priority code to 5 for both preferences.
Form exit to customer group.

2) P03013. In the Billing Page 2 tab set Priority Processing Code to 5 for the Ship To address to match that in the preference setup.

3) Set R40400 processing options to activate the Delivery Date and Order Preparation Days preferences.

4) P4210. Activate the Preference Profile processing option.

5) P4210. Enter an order where the sold to address is the same as the ship to address. Note the preference setup was based off the Ship To address. The preference is applied and the dates are calculated correctly.

6) P4210. Enter an order using a different sold to address. The preferences are not applied and dates are not calculated.

7) P03013. Change the Priority Processing Code to 5 for the Sold To address.

8) P4210. Enter an order using the sold to address just changed in P03013 with the ship to address used in preference setup. The preferences are now applied and dates calculated correctly.
