E1: ESU: Software Update Summary Report R96701 Shows Status "Already Updated" For Update Repository Table (Doc ID 2943823.1)

Goal

After deploying UN7, the Planner ESU or the Tools Rollup ESU, as part of a 9.2.7.3 Tools Release update, the ESU Summary Report R96701 (in the PrintQueue folder of the deployment server) shows Status "Already Updated" in the column "Update Repository Table" for some objects. Since R96701 is run automatically after the spec merge (R98700), and since the spec merge shows that those objects have been added or replaced, you would expect the status in R96701 to be reading "Updated".
