E1: ORCH: User is Only Able to See His Own Scheduled Jobs But Unable to See Other Users Scheduled Jobs in Orchestrator Studio Scheduler in JDV920 Environment (Doc ID 2943974.1)

Symptoms

When a user signs on to Orchestrator Studio in JDV920 environment, the user can only see his own scheduled jobs under his own User ID (e.g. E1USER). Under the User filter dropdown, user is only able to see the options "My Jobs" and "All Jobs".

 

When the user signs on to Orchestrator Studio in JPD920 environment, the user is able to see other users' scheduled jobs. From the User filter dropdown, he is able to see other users' User ID (e.g.  JDE, E1UBE) in the list.
