Symptoms

When multiple lump sum billing lines are invoiced w/retainage, single billing lines cannot be released - all lines must be released at the same time.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a contract with three lump sum lines w/retainage

2. Invoice all three lines, calculate retainage, Create AR

3. Create new zero invoice batch, release retainage, invalid values hard error appears 

Invalid Value

CAUSE . . . . The value entered is not allowed for this field.

RESOLUTION . . Enter a valid value to continue. If a valid value is not known, move the cursor to the field in error and press the F1 command key (Field Sensitive Help) to display a table of allowed values.
